Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn boots in their original UGG Originals packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
